Order Process


The product will be packaged in compliance with the cargo transportation and the structure of the product. Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified by you, by our contracted cargo company.


The shipping of your orders is free of charge, provided that they comply with the lower limits announced on our site, otherwise the shipping fee will be paid by the buyer.


It is aimed that the orders placed on business days will be delivered to the cargo company at the end of 4 business days. Delivery to the cargo company may be delayed due to problems such as capacity and/or vehicle failure caused by the cargo company.


Our company's responsibility for delivery is limited to the legal terms/periods set forth in the legislation. Apart from this, the procedures of the cargo company you choose will be applied. It is recommended that you track your product with the tracking number that our company and/or cargo company will send you and contact the cargo company in case you detect any problem.


Your orders from anywhere will be delivered to the address you declared in a fast, convenient and safe way.


Delivery Process


In case you are not present at the address you specified in the order during delivery, the cargo company will take the product back to its branch. If the product is not received from the cargo company’s branch during the period/term determined by the cargo company, return procedures will be applied. When you prefer the delivery option via courier and if the product cannot be delivered due to reasons such as not being present at the address or declaring an incorrect address, etc. and if the courier company cannot reach you, the product will directly be returned and return procedures will be applied in this respect.


Problems may occur due to the cargo company, such as the partial or complete loss or damage of the product in the cargo. If you think there is a problem with the volume/size of the product or in case the package is damaged, inspect the package before the delivery employee prior to receiving it. In order to accurately determine whether there is a problem due to shipping, please receive your package by taking a photo and video recording. In unsuitable cases such as damaged products and missing products, issue a "Determination Report" in this respect and return the product together with the report. With your Determination Report and proof images, you can make your return request via the My Return Requests (İade Taleplerim) link in the My Account (Hesabım) section of our website for members.
